I could find no reference for this tune on any of the usual .abc sites (TS, TTC, JC's, etc). Nevertheless, there are several Youtube videos of it, calling it a traditional tune. My guess is that it exists in the Canadian and USA traditional fiddle repertoire, but nowhere else.
